No experience needed at all, though even folks who have been meditating and working with gems for years will learn something new! Sunday, Jan. 3, 11am-1pm What is Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)? FREE This new, powerful method of energy healing helps us leave emotional baggage behind and more fully embrace our life’s purpose. It is incredibly effective at releasing the painful emotions that hold us back and make life more challenging while allowing us to learn from our experiences. We’ll learn about how we store these emotions and discuss the Angels that help us to heal them. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2-4pm Shamanic Journey with LIVE Drumming Reach out to your Spirit Allies with guidance and support! We’ll discuss the Shamanic journey and how drumming can help us connect with our teachers (including spirit animals and ancestors). I’ll first guide the group through setting our intentions and creating a protected space to connect and then drum for you to support your connection. If there is time, we’ll also have an opportunity to journey for one another. Experience the benefit of sharing journey space with others, as I find it supports and expands my experiences.
