In recent months, one of our most successful classes has been Introduction to the Shamanic Journey with Danielle Stimpson. Students have been raving about their personal experiences meeting and bonding with their Spirit Guides & Helpers, and sending their friends in to try it out for themselves. Since the last class nearly sold out, we’ve added a few more opportunities for you to start a personal practice of connecting to Spirit. In this class we explore a number of ways to journey including drumming, movement, guided meditation and gazing through a candle flame. Anyone can learn to journey, and no prior experience is needed.
